What do we mean at Charenton Macerations by “an olfactive collective inspired by the madness of dreams”?
Start with the dreams. I am an unapologetic dreamer, but I dream with purpose. Dreams are my subconscious at work, turning chaos and memory into clarity. They’re an off-hours reasoning space, a quiet oasis in the day’s madness. Anything can happen in dreams. You set your own limits. You haunt your own nightmares.

The Surrealists understood this. Great minds gathered, shared ideas, and turned them into art. Some of my favorite collaborations come from this spirit, even brushing up against the Marquis de Sade.
At CM, we bring that same energy to fragrance. The collective is a space for diverse creatives to share ideas, inspire each other, and build scents with emotional depth. Everyone’s contribution adds a new facet. The stories our fragrances tell feel natural, because they come from the people behind them.
