“No Hay Banda… This is a Tape Recording.” The “Silencio” clip from David Lynch’s Mulholland Drive. Amazing use of sound and color to advance the plot is mesmerizing. Features a cover of Roy Orbison’s “Crying” that is hauntingly genius. It’s no wonder Lynch has been hired to direct so many fragrance commercials over the years.
